Dear parents, guardians and carers
Santa is taking time out from his busy schedule to visit the Frost Fair from 2-3.30pm on Saturday, 1 December. If your children have any toys that are in good condition but that they no longer play with, have grown out of or lost interest in we are asking for children to bring in such a toy to the Frost Fair. Santa can then deliver that toy to a child who would love to receive it. If your child brings in such a toy then there will be no charge for a visit to Santa on the day and your child will receive a badge which says “Santa’s little helper” on it to show they have been generous and thought about other children.
The toys will be collected and given to ‘ Action for Refugees in Lewisham’ which is a local charity for children. Action for Refugees in Lewisham (AFRIL) works to relieve poverty and isolation among local refugees and asylum seekers, advance their education and educate the general public of their rights and needs.
We look forward to your child’s generous contribution.
Best wishes
