Thanks you to all who came, enjoyed, and helped at the Frost Fair!

Dear parents, teachers, helpers all…

Thank you so much for all your help over the last weeks, and of course on Saturday especially.

I just wanted to shout out a really big thanks to all of you who helped on Saturday – whether by coming and spending your time and money or for your time to help before, during and after.

Snowmen advancing...

Snowmen advancing…

Thanks go to mum Hannah  for her lovely snow scene (can I have some pics to blog?) Angela for her dauntless pursuit of raffle prizes and tables; David for managing all the food arrangements;

We also had Katia, her husband, and Miss Chapleo setting up science corner – isolating DNA and the mathematics of photography digitisation – fascinating. I think they also had the results of the study they did on all our lung capacity at the Summer Fair!
Jay, Apple, Hadel, Saffron’s dad, Miss Henderson, and of course Nik  made a great Santa’s Grotto (there were lots of crowds mobbing Santa!) The charity Action for Refugees in Southwark will be picking up all the lovely gifts children brought with them; thanks again  to all the Santas Little Helpers!
Thanks go to Malcolm for his help with the money and floats; Diana for her gingerbread and face painting artistry; Laura and her very helpful children for homemade soup and hot spicy juice; Fran the jam queen,  Paola, Rebecca & Devan, Simon, Mrs Buchanan, Miss Sumner,  Soumaya,  Cecilia, Sam, Miss Metcalfe, Kam, Miss Gemmel, Miss Alcock, Mary,  and a massive cast of teachers parents, and family members who all helped out. Hope we didn’t miss any of you out – apologies if we did.

Special thanks to the staff who came in to make it happen  – Alec, Alison, Mark, and all the other staff who gave up their Saturday. We salute them

Our thanks if we’ve missed anyone.

Thanks again for making a great day – I think the children and everyone else enjoyed it greatly.
