After School Sports coming to Marlborough Playground this autumn term

This is going out today with children – but just in case you missed it – all details and forms are here too!

This is an initiative by Cathedral School PF and BOST to bring sports to the wider
school community.

* Open to all children from Reception to Y6

* All sessions (except trampolining) to be held on the Marlborough Playground, Union St

* 16 Sept until 25 Oct (for times please refer to the attached timetable)

* £25 for 6 sessions (R-Y2) in the same sport, to be paid in full by Fri 13 Sept
(unfortunately missed session can not be refunded)

* £30 for 6 sessions (Y3-Y6) in the same sport,to be paid in full by Fri 13 Sept
(unfortunately missed session can not be refunded)

* please fill out the attached form and hand it back to the school office
by TUES 10 SEPT LATEST, places wil be allocated on a first come first served basis

* offers together with medical forms will be sent out by email Wed 11 Sept

* To secure your place, full payment has to be made either in person Wed 11 Sept 3.30-4.30 at the Marlborough Playground
or alternatively by posting a cheque payable to Southwark Tigers addressed to Vernon Neve-Dunn @ Southwark Tigers, 22 The Gardens, Beckenham, BR3 5PH

Kindly put your child’s name on the back of the cheque.
Cheques must be received by Fri 13 Sept.

We reserve the right to release your childs place if payment is not received by Fri 13 Sept.

* Variety of sports available, you can sign up for one sport or as many as you like

* qualified professional coaches

* The maximum number of children participating will depend on the sport but will vary
between 8 and 20.

* We require a minimum of 8(tennis)/13 children per session.

* Parents/carers are required to supervise their children before and after the session
and parents/carers of children under 8 are required to stay on the premises.

* A medical form must be filled out before starting the training.These will be available
on registration Wed 11 Sept 3.30-5pm at the Marlborough Playground, when places will be
allocated on a first come, first served basis.

* This is a first initiative in hope to roll out a wide programme in 2014.

out the feedback form.
