2 days to go to Summer Fair

Thanks for your great donations for the fair so far – and for buying raffle tickets  for the Summer Fair.

I hope you can make it to the Fair on Saturday 12 – 3pm – the weather is set to be 21°C – Hooray!
Anyone who can come and help at 10 to set up please do!
The fair starts at 12 – if you are able to run a stall fro a while we’d love your help  – here are some options:

Bric-a-brac/books – uniform – tombola and raffle – win a jar (sweets and toys everyone wins a jar small or big) – cake stall – lollypop game – hook-a-duck –
basketball shoot out – PTA/Parents forum info table – guess the name of the dog – bouncy castle supervisors – seed planting activity

After the fair we need help to clear up at 3pm. The more the merrier here – if we have a few people willing then it should be less than half an hour…
The children can play in the playground then – especially if one volunteer watches them.

We have lots of great things happening too: our raffle prizes are really  hotting up – we have vouchers for Roast, OXO tower, Joe’s Kitchen; plus theatre tickets, personal training sessions, and dance lessons on offer amongst other things!
We also have a bouncy castle, a barbecue, pizza, fresh fruit juices, crafts, an origami workshop. a kite-making workshop, scones and jam, strawberries and cream, and lots of other things besides!

See you there!
